UnsignedIndependent / underground hip hop artists, Bamboo Brothers hail from New York City. Their single, “When I Bleed”, Is cool mix of easy rhyme flows on top of a smooth beat. This duo is definitely bringing something new to the game.
Independent hip hop artist, Super King Armor, from Springfield Gardens, New York, delivers abstract flows over a sic beat with his single “The Most Precious Jewel”
Independent hip hop artists, Doppelgangaz don’t reveal much about where they’re from. They do however, hint that they’re known to pop up around areas of New York. They’re single, ’2012 or Forever’ is a track off their EP titled “The Ghastly Duo”. ’2012 or Forever’ has a classic drum swing that’s reminiscent of the golden age of hip hop. Combined with clever rhymes and flows, this track is a sure winner.
Independent hip hop artists, Ancient Tongue, hail from Long Island and Leadville, New York. Their single ‘The Hard Road” is a nice blend of kick-ass live instrumentation, ill flows and turntablism. Peep the video.
Independent hip hop artist Boognights, hails from Spring Valley, NY. ‘The Time’, a single off of his debut mixtape tilted “The ARTiste“, is a slick headbobbin’ hip hop joint with a good feel. Check it out.
Independent hip hop artist Trez fro QB, New York submitted this video of him and Big Noyd keep the crowd movin’, in Spain, to the single. “How We Do”. Off Tragedy Khadafi & Trez’s “Lethal Weapon” album that was recently released independently on Brass One Records.
Born premature to a Haitian mother and a Puerto Rican/Irish father, independent hip hop artist, Charles Santiago, Jr., Siege picked up the microphone at the tender age of nine after hearing classic albums from late legends like The Notorious BIG, Michael Jackson, and 2Pac. He hails from Queens, New York and delivered to IndieHipHop, this nice track from his up and coming mixtape, “Great Expectations”.
If there were any rules in hip hop, Bi-Polar Bear has attempted to shatter them all. Their sound is innovative, creative and fresh, but definitely hip hop. Ugly Orwell and August who make up this group, both share in the production and emceeing duties.
D.U.A. is an anthem for independent hip hop artists across the globe. iToobms is a jack of all trades. He writes, produces and has his own clothing line, so this “Prince of Brooklyn” is definitely getting his indie grind on.

First Cousins is made up of, C. Masino, aka Gustapo and Joseph Genovese, or simply Genovese. Laying down hard rap and spitting their outer-borough street sagas of hustle, trust, honor, respect and loyalty, Genovese, a Yonkers native, and Gustapo, of Queens, have known each other since birth and have each spent a decade in the rap game.
