WHOA! now this is serious! where the f has marVO been? funkworm, thanks for waking me up, because i have seriously been sleeping on this kid. man, i must’ve started this song over six times…and, each time i hoped it would be longer the next time i played it! i’m telling you right NOW! i won’t get tired of this kid. marVO! i’m excited about your work. this song is so dope, i don’t mind the cuss words b/c you are saying some of the same things i have been saying for a long time. YES!

and, the video in all of its simplicity is as powerful as the lyrics in this song…the imagery: the man in the mirror, the fly, the gestures, facial expressions, the blood, cleansing of the hands and face, eye contact, the frustration and strength, the words in bold and italics…all of it…the volume can be on mute while the video plays and not a word would be lost on the messages that are being conveyed…very moving…i am definitely left holding my breath for what Vo is bringing next…
