Most hip hop sites give little to no support to independent artists. So I decided to put together a much needed directory of blogs, internet radio stations, and services that support, play, and post indie hip hop artists.  There were many great websites, from all over the world, that submitted to this directory. Before putting this directory together, I was not aware of many of them!

When trying to just Google search for these sites, I found that many of them were either dead or hadn’t been updated in months. Some artists still waste their time with email blasts, sending music to many of these abandoned sites. This is why I carefully hand-picked the sites that keep their content fresh. This saves you the time of going through thousands of websites that are no benefit to you as an artist.

This directory also has a list of publicists, graphic artists, music business gurus and a list of mistakes artists commonly make when submitting their music. These submission mistakes count for a large percentage of rejections.
